Job Summary

Arka Jain University is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen its presence in Ranchi and nearby markets. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, school and college outreach, lead generation, institutional relationship building, and supporting student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational centres.
- Organise career counselling sessions, seminars, student engagement activities, and admission awareness programmes.
- Generate quality student leads and support the Admissions team in converting enquiries into enrolments.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, and institutional management.
- Execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, education fairs, and branding initiatives.
- Explore new markets and opportunities to increase AJU's student enrolments from Ranchi and surrounding areas.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead records,



and follow-up status in the CRM/MIS.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for institutional visits, lead generation, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Head and Admissions team for campaign execution and performance reviews.
- Travel locally and to nearby locations as required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, education marketing, or admissions preferred.
- Solid communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM systems.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
