Job Summary

Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and assign daily housekeeping duties.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate room readiness with Front Office.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
- Train and guide housekeeping associates.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality.




- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
