Role & responsibilities

1. Product Costing & SAP Support

- Assist in basic product costing, BOM verification, and cost release activities.

- Verify and support corrections to BOM, routing, PPU, and material master data in SAP.

- Prepare cost realisation and material cost reports.

- Current Project Evaluation

- Conduct market research and data collection for new business opportunities.

- Support feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgetary quotations, and project planning.

- Project Coordination

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones, customer requirements, and delivery commitments.

- Follow up on material availability, orders, payments, and project documentation.

- Support project reviews and ensure timely closure of action items.

- Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate project and costing records.

- Assist in improving SAP data accuracy, cost controls, and departmental processes.
