Position: PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor production plans for garment export orders.
- Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and dispatch departments.
- Track daily production output against planned targets.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely shipment as per buyer deadlines.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories availability.
- Prepare daily production reports, order tracking sheets, and MIS reports.
- Identify production delays and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective action.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), line loading, and production efficiency.





Requirements

- Graduate or diploma in Garment Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in PPC, preferably in a garment export house.
- Valuable knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
