Job Description Video/Motion Designer (Motion Graphics & 3D

Visualisation)

We are seeking creative, technically proficient Video Designers with strong expertise in video editing, motion

graphics, 3D visualisation and graphic design. The candidate must independently take marketing content from

concept and storyboard through animation, editing and final delivery, and must also create professional static

advertising artwork when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise, storyboard, edit and produce product advertisements, brand videos, launch films, social

media reels, corporate and training content.

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animated typography, visual effects and 2D/3D product demonstrations,

including realistic lighting, texturing and camera movement.

- Independently design professional static marketing creatives, product visualisations, promotional artwork and

digital advertising assets whenever needed.

- Turn marketing briefs and product information into original, scenario-based stories that communicate product

perks and customer use cases.

- Handle colour correction, grading, sound synchronisation, rendering, export and all stages of video postproduction,

with consistent brand quality.

- Coordinate with the Design Head on integrated campaigns, incorporate review feedback, propose fresh

concepts and deliver multiple assignments on schedule.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory),



including motion graphics, editing,

keyframing and visual effects.

- Mandatory hands-on proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max or Autodesk Maya, covering 3D product modelling,

texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering and realistic product visualisation.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory), with the ability to independently design

static product advertisements, social creatives and digital campaign artwork.

- Excellent storyboarding, conceptualisation, visual storytelling, animation principles, typography and

composition.

- Experience in product videos, commercial advertisements, corporate videos, social media reels, colour

grading, audio editing, sound design and delivery formats.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted video creation and editing tools; strong attention to detail, time management and

creative ownership.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia, Film Editing, Graphic Design, Visual

Communication or a related discipline.

Portfolio Requirement

A professional showreel with independently executed video edits, motion graphics, commercial storytelling and

original 3D product modelling/animation is mandatory, together with samples of static graphic design work.
