We are looking for a SO CASA / CA responsible for sourcing and managing CASA (Savings & Current Accounts) and ensuring strong customer servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire recent Savings & Current Accounts through field visits, referrals, and market activation.
- Deepen CASA balances by engaging with existing customers.
- Service and manage Current Account (CA) customers, especially SME/business clients.
- Crosssell banking products including FD, Insurance, MF, and digital banking solutions.
- Ensure 100% KYC, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
- Build longterm customer relationships through regular followups and service support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication & customer handling skills.
- Experience in CASA / Liability sourcing preferred.
- Ability to achieve monthly acquisition & balancebuilding targets.
