Experience: 26 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Mechatronics Engineering

Key responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience at customer sites in MHE, industrial equipment, automotive, or construction & mining equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting within defined turnaround time
- Generate and manage parts and service business in the assigned territory
- Coordinate with the Territory Service Manager on critical customer issues
- Daily/weekly reporting on service activities and task progress

Required skills:

- Robust customer handling and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Negotiation and selling skills
- Good command of written and verbal communication
- MS Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel
- Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license
