About the Role
Webnyay Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to manage legal document dispatches, postal operations, vendor coordination, and digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing Speed Post and courier dispatches.
- Track consignments and upload postal receipts and delivery reports to the Webnyay portal.
- Coordinate with postal vendors and local post offices.
- Verify vendor invoices against dispatch records.
- Handle legal document printing, verification, and preparation.
- Maintain dispatch registers and reports using MS Excel and Word.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.

Requirements:
2–5 years in dispatch, logistics,



courier, postal services, or document handling
Strong MS Excel and Word skills
Excellent coordination and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential legal documents responsibly

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM
Work Mode: Monday–Friday WFO; Saturday WFH, subject to dispatch requirements
Device Policy: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
