ARS Enterprises is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and motivated Ortho / Spine / Trauma Case Assistant to provide support for orthopedic, spine, and trauma surgical cases at hospitals. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in surgical case assistance, knowledge of medical instruments and implants, and the ability to coordinate effectively with surgeons and hospital staff.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in orthopedic, spine, and trauma surgical cases at hospitals.
- Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff, and hospital teams during surgical procedures.
- Ensure the timely availability and delivery of required surgical instruments and implants.
- Arrange instruments and implants according to case requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth case execution.
- Maintain accurate records of case details, instrument usage, and related documentation.




- Follow hospital protocols and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper coordination for assigned cases.
- Travel to assigned hospitals as required for surgical case support.

Preferred candidate profile

- 13 years of relevant experience in orthopedic, spine, or trauma case assistance.
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgical instruments and implants will be an added advantage.
- Experience in hospital coordination or operation theatre support is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional approach to work.
- Ability to manage case requirements efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with practical experience in orthopedic, spine, or trauma cases.
- Candidates familiar with surgical instruments and implant handling.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
