Salesforce Developer

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:00 AM 10:00 PM)

Experience: 3+ Years

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and administration activities.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Design and implement Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and specifications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend Salesforce best practices.
- Manage deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using Change Sets and deployment tools.
- Coordinate and manage release dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
- Support release management activities and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Work effectively with clients, stakeholders,



and executive sponsors during requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues.
- Maintain system documentation and deployment records.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with deployment management using Change Sets.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments.
- Strong understanding of Release Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to review code and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
