Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on bulk recruitment, payroll processing, and employee management. Candidates with experience in the construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk Hiring & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and head office requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll, salary calculations, attendance, leave records, deductions, and coordination for PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- HR Operations: Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, exit processes, employee records, and HR policies.
- Site HR Management: Coordinate with project and site teams to fulfil manpower requirements and address employee-related issues.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement, and retention.
- Statutory Compliance:



Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain relevant HR records and documentation.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, payroll data, manpower reports, and other HR-related MIS.
- Travel: Travel to project sites as and when required for recruitment, HR coordination, and employee management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Relevant experience in HR operations, bulk hiring, and payroll processing.
- 10- 15 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, civil engineering or similar industry
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll compliance, and labour laws.
- Robust communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements.

Job Location

Kolkata, West Bengal, with travel to project sites as required.
