- - We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience, specifically in residential redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
- - Key Requirements:
- - * Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction.
- * Strong experience in residential society redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
- * Thorough knowledge of construction execution, RCC structures, finishing works, quality control, and site management.
- * Experience in coordinating with architects, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, and various project stakeholders.
- * Valuable understanding of Mumbai-specific development procedures, including BMC/MHADA-related projects, wherever applicable.




- * Ability to monitor project progress, manage manpower and contractors, control material wastage, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- * Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, billing, measurements, and cost control.
- * Strong problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
- - Preferred Candidate: A technically sound, practical, and result-oriented professional who has independently handled residential redevelopment construction sites in Mumbai from commencement through completion.
