About the Role
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to oversee yard infrastructure, plant maintenance, technical services, and operational excellence at our shipyard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant maintenance, civil infrastructure, utilities, and technical services.
- Oversee HSE, safety, environmental compliance, and quality management.
- Drive industrial engineering, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage CAPEX, OPEX, budgets, and infrastructure development projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and applicable ISO standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in technical operations, engineering, maintenance, or infrastructure management.
- Experience in shipbuilding, heavy engineering, or similar industries preferred.
- Robust leadership, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
