Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for understanding and applying mechanical discipline training to day-to-day job.
- Perform mechanical calculations, technical mechanical analysis, and prepare construction drawings.
- Responsible for reviewing vendor data for accuracy.
- Lead mechanical designs to lower project costs and implement innovative solutions to design.
- Be able to verify design for accuracy.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options to optimize the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, structural engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Strong emphasis on design using Autodesk AutoCAD , ensuring high-quality, detailed mechanical models and drawings.
- Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD simulation tools for stress analysis, motion studies, and thermal analysis to validate designs.
- Ensure seamless compatibility of AutoCAD models with other CAD platforms such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD 2D , including 3D modeling, parametric design, and simulation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written/oral) in English and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
Professional Certifications
You may be required to obtain professional certifications to successfully perform job duties listed above.
