Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using large language models to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technology into existing systems and applications.
- Develop data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets for training and testing purposes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AI model performance, data quality, and system integration.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Practical experience building RAG systems in production or near-production environments.
- Robust understanding of LLM application architecture.
- Experience with document parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with React.js frontend development framework is an added advantage.
