Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and support ServiceNow solutions with five or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Apply profound knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including the latest releases and updates.
- Develop using JavaScript, Glide API, and HTML/CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with Flow Designer, Catalog UI policies and actions, business rules, script includes, HealthScan, and Client Scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant web services.
- Support production releases on Wednesday evenings,



every other week.
- Participate in an On-Call rotation, once as primary and once as secondary, roughly every 13 weeks.
- Work collaboratively within a team and apply strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification and ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification, with the ability to verify certifications.
- Availability for an On-Call rotation, once as primary and once as secondary, roughly every 13 weeks.
- Availability to support production releases on Wednesday evenings, every other week.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, latest releases, and updates.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and HTML/CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Catalog UI policies and actions, business rules, script includes, HealthScan, and Client Scripts.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other business systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant web services.




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
