- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain eWalls products, specifications, applications, and technical data to customers.
- Provide technical guidance to architects, builders, contractors, and clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and building systems.
- Sales-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
