- Design and develop the denim range (jeans, jackets, skirts, shorts and more) in line with

the brand's minimal, timeless aesthetic.

- Plan seasonal and core denim assortments, focusing on repeat-worthy staples.
- Create sketches, flats and detailed tech packs, including construction details, stitch

specs, trims, measurements and wash references.

- Source and select denim fabrics (weight, weave, stretch and hand-feel) and coordinate

with mills and suppliers.

- Develop washes, finishes and treatments with wash units, and approve lab dips and

wash standards.

- Conduct fit sessions, evaluate samples and give transparent corrections to vendors.
- Maintain consistent fit blocks and grading across the denim range.
- Approve proto, fit, pre-production and bulk samples for quality and finish.
- Select and approve trims, hardware, labels and packaging details for denim.
- Work with sourcing and production teams on costing, timelines and vendors.
- Track sample status, development calendars and tech pack revisions.
- Study customer feedback and return reasons to improve existing styles.
- Follow denim innovations, sustainable fabrics and wash techniques.
