- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
- Develop and manage a strong CP network across the Vasai–Virar market.
- Source quality property leads and generate business opportunities through channel partners.
- Regularly visit channel partners and maintain strong market connections.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and business conversions.
- Identify new channel partners and expand the existing sourcing network.
- Stay updated on local real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Experience in real estate sourcing is preferred.

Strong existing Channel Partner (CP) network in Vasai–Virar.

Positive knowledge of the Vasai–Virar real estate market is mandatory.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence are mandatory.

Candidates comfortable with regular field visits are preferred.
