Responsible for maintaining 100% accurate physical-to-software inventory, processing retail store replenishment orders on time, maintaining stock hygiene, and coordinating dispatches without delays or mismatch errors.

​Key Responsibilities

​Retail Store Order Fulfillment:

​Receive daily stock requests (indents) from retail store managers via software/WhatsApp.

​Prioritize order picking based on store demand and transport cut-off timings.

​Supervise picking and double-check picked items against packing slips to ensure zero SKU mismatch.

​Inventory Control & Management:

​Supervise inward stock verification (matching physical count against incoming challans/bills).

​Enforce standard binning/labeling so every SKU has a designated location.

​Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly complete physical inventory audits.





​Immediately report stock discrepancies, transit damages, or shrinkage.

​Dispatch & Team Coordination:

​Coordinate directly with the Dispatch Executive to plan daily store routes, delivery vehicle loading, and courier pickups.

​Verify that outgoing shipments carry signed Delivery Challans (DC) and invoice copies before leaving the godown.

​Track store receipt acknowledgments and file stamped challans.

​Manpower & Facility Management:

​Assign daily packing and sorting tasks to warehouse helpers.

​Maintain clean, organized packing areas, racking rows, and ensure packing materials (boxes, bubble wraps, tapes) are adequately stocked.
