Contact clients to inform them when their brand is ready and follow up regarding pending payments.

Inform clients about the exact outstanding payment amount through calls or messages.

Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection.

Prepare and maintain order sheets in Excel with accurate order and client details.

Maintain records of client orders, pending payments, received payments, and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding orders, billing, and payment status.

Monitor inventory status and maintain updated inventory records.

Submit daily inventory status and work updates to the reporting manager.

Verify payment details and update records after receiving payment confirmation.

Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and payment records.

Perform other accounts-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
