Role SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in interior projects. You will supervise site execution, coordinate with workers and vendors, and make sure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior work on site, including civil work, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, carpentry, and finishing.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, and ensure work is done as per design and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage site labour, carpenters, and subcontractors, and communicate clearly with them in Kannada.
- Prepare and monitor daily progress reports and project schedules, and report delays or issues promptly.




- Check material quality, quantities, and wastage; raise material requests on time.
- Take measurements on site and assist in billing, quantity estimation, and bill verification.
- Ensure quality control, safety norms, and site discipline are followed.
- Handle snag lists and complete project handover on schedule.
- Required Skills and QualificationsDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a site engineer in interior projects (residential, commercial, or office fit-outs).
- Fluent in Kannada (speaking is mandatory); working knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of interior materials, finishes, and site execution practices.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Basic skills in measurement, estimation, and billing.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on site and travel between project locations.
