The Sky Imperial Hotels & Resorts is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our Head Office team in Ahmedabad and help create seamless booking experiences for our guests.

? Job Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? What You’ll Do

- Handle reservation inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online channels.

- Coordinate room availability, rates, and booking confirmations with hotel properties.

- Manage bookings from direct guests, OTAs, travel agents, and corporate clients.

- Ensure accurate reservations, timely follow-ups, and excellent guest communication.

- Support upselling and cross-selling to maximize room revenue.

✅ What We’re Looking For





- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of hotel reservations or hospitality operations is an advantage.

- Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and MS Excel is preferred.

- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
