The role involves retailer relationship management, customer engagement, product demonstrations, store staff training, merchant activation, and driving sales growth across **Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel, and Education.**

? **ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**
✅ **Education:** MBA mandatory
✅ **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Field Sales, BFSI, Fintech, Retail Sales, EMI Sales, or Merchant Acquisition
✅ **Communication:** Hindi and the local language; basic English preferred
✅ **Two-Wheeler:** Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
✅ Comfortable with fieldwork,
multiple store visits, and target-driven sales
✅ Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel/Google Sheets
