Job Overview

- Visel Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Service Engineers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for CCTV camera installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and providing on-site technical support to clients.

- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras and surveillance systems at client locations.
- Perform cabling, wiring, and basic networking required for CCTV installations.
- Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV cameras, recording systems, and connectivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of installed CCTV systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure proper testing and functioning of installed equipment.
- Maintain installation records and submit service reports.




- Coordinate with the technical team and customers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during installation and maintenance.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 0–1 year of experience in CCTV installation, electrical work, networking, or technical support.
- Freshers with a strong interest in CCTV installation and surveillance technology are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, and networking will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within Pune and nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
