Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage hotel reservations, coordinate daily booking operations, and ensure seamless communication between guests, hotel staff, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Reservation Management: Handle hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations across multiple booking platforms.
- Booking Operations: Monitor daily reservations, check-ins, check-outs, room availability, and booking-related activities.
- Hotel Coordination: Coordinate with hotel managers, caretakers, and on-ground staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Guest Communication: Handle guest enquiries, booking-related concerns, special requests, and escalations professionally.
- OTA Management: Manage reservations received through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and other platforms.
- Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate booking records, daily reports, occupancy details, and operational updates.
- Operational Support: Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with hotel staff to maintain service standards.

Note:-Responsibilities are not limited to those mentioned above and may include additional tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, backend operations, or hospitality coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms, OTAs, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle guest escalations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously.
