? Position: HR Recruiter

? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

? Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

? Location: Bhandup

? Roles & Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

* Contact candidates and explain job profiles, salary packages, and interview details.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.

* Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.

* Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.





? Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduate or undergraduate candidates with positive communication skills can apply.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing is an advantage.

* Freshers interested in building a career in HR are welcome.

* Candidates should be confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.

* Basic computer knowledge is required.
