Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage raw material inventory, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments, and ensure the timely availability of materials for smooth manufacturing operations.

1. Key Responsibilities: Material Receiving: Receive raw materials from suppliers, verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices, and check for visible damage or discrepancies.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, components, and other production materials.
3. Material Issuance: Issue materials to the Production and other authorized departments according to approved requirements.
4. Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and inform the Purchase Department about reorder requirements.
5. Documentation: Maintain inward and outward registers, stock ledgers, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issue slips, and other store documents.
6. Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Quality Control teams regarding material receipts, shortages, and discrepancies.
7. Physical Verification: Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile actual quantities with system records.
8. Material Storage: Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or mixing of items.
9. Stock Control: Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable and monitor slow-moving, excess,



and obsolete inventory.
10. Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, proper arrangement, and safety standards in the store area.
11. Reporting: Prepare daily or periodic stock reports and update management regarding inventory status.
12. Loss Prevention: Prevent unauthorized material movement and ensure that all transactions are properly documented.

- Required Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate / Diploma / Any Degree; candidates with relevant storekeeping experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience Preferred:1-2 years of experience in stores, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in an electronics, electrical, LED lighting, or manufacturing company will be an advantage.
