About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring Field Officers for its Khammam location. Candidates interested in field sales, JLG loan sales, and recovery activities are encouraged to apply.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan products.
- Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Conduct field visits and customer verification.




- Follow up on loan repayments and support recovery activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Interest in field sales is mandatory.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- CIBIL score above 650 is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu is required.
