We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates on e-commerce platforms.
Handle day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
Process customer orders, monitor shipments, and coordinate with the logistics team.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability across platforms.
Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and order-related issues.
Monitor product performance, sales reports, and marketplace analytics.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Ensure product information and marketplace data remain accurate and up to date.
Assist in promotional campaigns, offers, and online sales activities.
Track and resolve marketplace-related issues within the required timelines.
