Shanti and Company is looking for dedicated Packaging Associates to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for packing products, labeling packages, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Pack products as per company guidelines
Label and sort items accurately
Inspect products for quality before packaging
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Assist in loading and dispatch activities
Requirements:
Minimum 10th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic understanding of packaging and handling processes
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
