Tokiverse is hiring a part time telecaller to call customers, confirm orders, and answer questions. This is a 100% work-from-home job with no office visits. Training and all communication happen online.

Timing: 4 hours a day, 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

- Call customers to confirm orders, delivery address and payment
- Answer customer questions about products, delivery time, returns and exchanges
- Call back customers who don’t answer the first time
- Call customers whose delivery failed and help reschedule it
- Reply to customer questions on WhatsApp
- Calmly handle unhappy or confused customers and escalate issues when needed
- Update order status in Google Sheets/Excel after each call

Requirements:

- Fluent Hindi and good spoken English
- Soft-spoken, polite and patient on calls
- Smartphone, stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; telecalling or BPO experience is a plus

Salary: Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 8,000 per month (fixed), based on experience and interview performance

Selection: Short team interview with a mock customer call
