Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring requirements across departments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare suitable job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining dates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and recruitment databases.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
- Performance MetricsNumber of qualified candidates sourced and shortlisted.
- Time taken to close vacancies.
- Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Candidate joining rate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Accuracy and timely maintenance of recruitment records.
