Job Title: Business Development Executive / Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven executive to connect with students and parents, understand their education requirements, and explain our college admission services. The role involves calling, counselling coordination, regular follow-ups and supporting admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents and handle incoming admission enquiries.
- Understand each student’s academic background, preferred course, budget, location and college requirements.
- Explain courses, colleges, fee structures, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures using verified information.
- Follow up consistently through phone calls and WhatsApp to move enquiries towards counselling and admission.
- Schedule office counselling sessions, appointments and campus visits.
- Answer common questions,



handle objections professionally and build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with admission counsellors and the operations team for qualified lead handovers, documents and admission updates.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call outcomes, enquiry stages and next follow-up dates in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily activity goals and monthly admission targets.
- Submit daily reports and support students until the admission process is completed.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong Tamil communication skills and a working knowledge of English.
- Good listening, convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, work with a team and meet targets.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or education counselling is preferred. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Laptop mandatory.
- Willingness to work from our Coimbatore office.
