Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video & Motion Graphics Editor role based in Hyderabad. The professional in this position will conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for marketing, educational, and social media campaigns, with a focus on EdTech and study-abroad themes. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, adding motion graphics and visual effects, designing text overlays, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to translate complex information into clear, student-friendly visual stories, optimizing content for various platforms, and delivering projects within agreed timelines. The editor will also contribute creative ideas for new video formats,



maintain organized project files, and stay updated on current trends in video editing and motion design.

Qualifications

- Robust video editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience in structuring narrative and educational content.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects) with the ability to create animations, transitions, and kinetic typography.
- Experience designing video assets for digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, and online learning environments, with basic knowledge of video formats and compression.
- Good understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color, typography, and branding, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with educational or EdTech content is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Film, Media, Design, Animation, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Immediate availability to join, and prior experience in education, consultancy, or study-abroad marketing will be considered a plus.
