About the role

Home Locator helps Bangalore home buyers find the right property with top developers. As a Telecaller, you’re the first voice a buyer hears from us. You’ll talk to interested buyers, understand what they’re looking for, and book site visits for our sales team.

What you’ll do

- Call buyers who have shown interest in our projects (inbound and outbound)
- Understand their needs: budget, location, BHK, timeline
- Share the right project details clearly and honestly
- Book site visits and hand qualified leads to the sales team
- Follow up with leads who aren’t ready yet
- Update every call, note and follow-up in the CRM
- Meet daily calling and site-visit targets

You’ll do well here if you





- Speak clearly and confidently, and listen well
- Can handle “not interested” without losing energy
- Are organised and never miss a follow-up
- Know basic computers and Excel

Good to have

- Experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate
- Kannada, Hindi and English

Freshers are welcome if you communicate well. We’ll train you on projects, pricing and our sales process.
