Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach basic concepts through storytelling, rhymes, games, and creative activities.
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Monitor students' progress and encourage active participation in classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote good habits.
- Communicate with parents about students' progress and development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials as required.
Requirements
- Graduate with NTT/ECCE/B.Ed. or a relevant qualification.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with young children.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A patient, caring, and friendly approach towards children.
- Ability to make learning interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful.
