Tech Stack

- ERP Systems: Deltek Costpoint, Deltek ERP, or comparable ERP platforms
- Programming Languages: SQL, Java, XML, JSON
- Integration Technologies: REST APIs, Web Services
- Middleware/iPaaS: Workato, Apache Airflow
- AI-Assisted Development: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-powered tools
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, UAT
- Additional Technologies: Data Modeling, Data Transformation, Integration Automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP extensions and integrations.
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience designing and implementing ERP integrations, customizations, and technical extensions.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Solid requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical specification writing skills.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical design, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading technical projects independently and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and UAT processes.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or other comparable ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of middleware and iPaaS tools such as Workato and Apache Airflow.
- Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
- Understanding of change management and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers and global delivery teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation for code reviews, documentation, requirements analysis, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP extensions and integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design scalable integration solutions using APIs, web services, and ERP technologies.
- Manage project delivery, technical troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, project managers, and global delivery teams.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency, documentation, testing, and solution quality.
- Ensure timely project delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established standards.
- Present technical solutions to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor junior consultants and recommend improvements to tools, automation, and delivery processes.
