Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Public Relations to lead client relationships, drive business development, manage teams, and oversee client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PR industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate team members to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Oversee PR assignments and ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve issues.
- Travel for client meetings, business development,



and other work-related assignments as required.
- Monitor client satisfaction, account progress, and business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, follow-up plans, and relevant management reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the Public Relations industry is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in client servicing, account management, or PR business development.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Experience in team leadership and performance coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in conducting client meetings and professional presentations.
- Strong relationship-building, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business requirements.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Indore office.
