What You Will Do:You won't just be running a program. You will be building a flagship IP that’s already receiving rave reviews.

- Own the IP end to end: Lead vision, annual calendar, budget, and execution from research to summit to amplification
- Build a powerful community: Cultivate and manage relationships with leading B2B and B2C CMOs
- Drive the global agenda: Be the primary liaison for our CGO, Rasheed Sait and agencies across the Project Worldwide network
- Turn insights into influence: Convert research into high impact assets — Annual Report, Playbooks, Content Series, Masterclasses
- Create partnerships that scale: Lead conversations with industry bodies, media partners, academic partners and sponsors

Who You Are:

- A proven builder: you have built an industry IP, community, summit or thought leadership platform from scratch




- A senior relationship holder: you have a strong network with CMOs and can hold a room with C suite leaders
- A strategic storyteller: you can convert complex insights into compelling narratives
- An entrepreneurial operator: highly organized, can manage global stakeholders independently, and thrive in ambiguity
- Marketing fluent: you understand B2B and B2C marketing, measurement, and what is changing.
- 5 to 7 years in marketing, thought leadership, community building, consulting or agency leadership
