Role Description The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Tirupati, responsible for leading and coordinating engineering activities across construction projects. This role involves overseeing project planning and execution, reviewing designs and technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Senior Project

Engineer collaborates with project managers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to monitor progress,



resolve technical issues, and manage risks and variations. Daily responsibilities include supervising site work, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and supporting accurate documentation of project milestones and resource usage. The role also entails mentoring junior engineers, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the adoption of new technologies and best practices in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, covering stakeholder coordination, reporting, and clear documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in construction project execution, preferably in building or infrastructure projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Sound understanding of safety standards, quality control processes, and applicable codes.
- Proficiency in project management tools, engineering software, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupati, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse project teams.
