Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and manage multiple engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Team Leads, and Senior Engineers.

Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering culture.

Conduct regular performance reviews, career development planning, and feedback sessions.

Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.

*Delivery & Execution

Own delivery across multiple teams or streams

Translate business goals into executable engineering roadmaps

Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams

Ensure consistent, predictable delivery against commitments

*Technical & Architectural Oversight

Guide system architecture and technical direction without micromanaging

Balance feature delivery with platform scalability, reliability, and security

Drive technical excellence, engineering standards, and best practices

Lead technical debt prioritisation and long-term platform health

*Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration

Translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans.





Work closely with leadership to define and execute long-term engineering strategy.

Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to internal stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, productivity, and quality.

*Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product, Design, QA, Security, and DevOps

Communicate clearly with senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Influence roadmap and strategy through data-driven insights

*Operational Excellence

Improve SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release management

Own incident management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement

Track and improve engineering metrics (DORA, throughput, quality, reliability

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Engineering Manager.

The Senior Engineering

Manager will oversee engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities include managing engineering projects, ensuring effective team performance, integrating relevant technologies, and fostering professional development among team members. The role requires a strategic mindset and a strong focus on collaboration to meet organizational goals efficiently.

*Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering leadership





Proven experience managing managers and multiple teams

Experience delivering complex, scalable software products

Background in SaaS, platform, or enterprise systems preferred

Technical Competence

Robust understanding of modern architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs, dev ops principles) and LLMs, AI based platforms and why AI.

Ability to make sound technical decisions without being hands-on daily

*Leadership & Communication:

Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment

Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and support high-performing teams.

Proficiency in Software Development with comprehensive understanding of development lifecycle and best practices.

Proven experience in Project Management and Integration to ensure timely delivery of scalable and effective technical solutions.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience in leading distributed or remote teams is a plus.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud technologies is an advantage.
