Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Bangalore Urban.

The Senior

Architect will lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects, developing concepts, detailed drawings, and specifications that align with Svamitva Group’s quality and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and executed as planned. Daily responsibilities include reviewing plans, managing design changes, guiding junior team members,



and overseeing integration of architectural elements with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.

The Senior

Architect will also participate in project planning, timelines, and approvals, and support stakeholder presentations and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration of architectural plans with structural, MEP, and other project systems.
- Candidates should possess relevant exposure to Software Development tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Several years of experience in architectural design for real estate or construction projects, preferably at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Bangalore and Karnataka.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
