Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Staff member will engage with prospective customers, explain Mintocred’s personal loan offerings, and guide them through the comparison and application process. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, answering customer queries, and clearly communicating loan features, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Staff member is expected to provide a qualified, customer-centric experience that supports Mintocred’s commitment to transparency and informed borrowing.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products clearly and handle queries with patience and professionalism.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in meeting targets, managing leads, and converting inquiries into successful applications.
- Basic understanding of personal loans, consumer finance, or fintech products, with the ability to learn and apply lender eligibility and policy guidelines.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms for recording customer interactions and tracking follow-ups.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Delhi, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
