About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products or services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
