We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior QA / Testing Team Lead who can independently manage the testing process, lead a QA team, and ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing skills, excellent analytical abilities, experience in team management, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with developers and other teams. Familiarity with AI-powered tools for improving testing efficiency is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA/testing team and ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
- Plan, organize, and execute manual testing activities for web and mobile applications.
- Independently handle testing tasks.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Establish and improve QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to improve testing productivity, test-case creation, documentation, and overall QA efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
- Experience testing both web applications and mobile apps (Android/iOS).
- Proven ability to manage a QA team and coordinate testing activities independently.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and the software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently across parallel projects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for software testing and productivity.
