Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support client and internal operations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating supplier options, processing and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring alignment with purchasing policies and budgets. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and monitoring delivery timelines and vendor performance.

Specialist will also analyze purchasing data, recommend cost-saving opportunities, and help optimize procurement processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and general Purchasing practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, compare vendor options, and support cost-effective decisions.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office and procurement software.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with remote teams and external vendors.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
