We’ve driven $20M+ in annual sales through our campaigns for leading brands.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. You’ll drive strategy, optimize performance, work with creative teams, manage large budgets, and mentor junior marketers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
- Track ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR & conversions.
- Manage budgets and maximize ROI.
- Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams.
- Present performance insights to clients.




- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Google & Meta Ads experience.
- Experience managing large budgets (lakhs) with measurable results.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
