Legodesk is legal-powered recovery infrastructure for Indian lenders: banks, NBFCs, fintechs and ARCs.

We run our clients' end-to-end legal recovery workflow. That covers legal notices, execution proceedings, suit filing, arbitration, Section 138 cases, insolvency and consumer matters. The work is delivered through our technology platform and a network of partner advocates across India.

We are profitable, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, CERT-In empanelled, and incubated at IIM Bangalore's NSRCEL.

Legal Background not Required

If you have managed external partners who don't report to you, we want to hear from you. Examples include field agents, collection agencies, delivery or logistics partners, distributors, franchisees, freelancers or empanelled vendors. We will teach you the legal process.

Reports to: Revenue team | Experience: 2–4 years The role: You run the partner network as an operating system. You own allocation, SLAs, performance management, payouts and the processes and tools that let the network scale without adding headcount.

Responsibilities

- Own network-level KPIs:



allocation turnaround, hearing attendance, update compliance, case throughput and partner cost per case.
- Design and run case allocation by jurisdiction, capacity and partner performance.
- Run the partner scorecard and monthly reviews. Tier, coach or exit partners based on data.
- Administer the milestone-based payout model, with minimal advances and fees released on verified milestones.
- Write SOPs, and work with product and tech to automate allocation, reminders, updates and payouts.
- Lead and develop coordinators as the team grows.
- Report network health and risks to leadership every week.

Must have

- 4–7 years in partner or supply operations at a marketplace, gig, logistics, fintech-field or collections company.
- A track record of improving SLAs for a network of external partners at scale.
- Solid analytical skills: you design metrics, dashboards and incentive structures.
- Experience working with product teams on operational automation.

Good to have

- Experience of managing coordinators.
- Exposure to legal or collections operations.
- You might currently be: a Partner Operations Manager, Supply Operations Manager, Fleet or Partner Manager, or Field Operations Manager.
