About the Role

Niramaya Health & Wellness is looking for an Operations & Execution Lead who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to our day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with the management and internal teams to ensure that priorities translate into action, timelines are followed, and operations run smoothly across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate across internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Track tasks, projects, timelines, and deliverables across functions.
- Follow up with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Translate management priorities and decisions into clear, actionable tasks.
- Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and drive them toward resolution.
- Conduct and coordinate internal meetings, maintain action points, and ensure follow-through.




- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide regular operational updates to management.
- Build systems that improve accountability, efficiency, and coordination as the organization grows.
- Take ownership of operational issues from identification through resolution.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.

You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across teams, follow up consistently, and ensure that things don’t fall through the cracks.

Preferred Experience: 1–4 years in operations, business operations, project management, startup operations, healthcare operations, or a related role.
